Jaco LaFlare

Jaco’s internal rejection of decision fatigue allows him to follow every creative idea presented. I’m not sure if it’s a personal challenge or the unwillingness to let a good idea pass, but Jaco seems to execute on every spark. His style is proof of a mind infiltrated with inspiration from various people, places, things, and genres.

Born in Nepal and raised in the DMV, Jaco had the literal best of both worlds. Being able to utilize the nuances of the DMV sounds while drawing from his roots gives his production a signature unique to him. As an adolescent, Jaco pulled from artists such as Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy, and Kanye West to develop himself. Taking note of each artist's ability to dictate what’s trendy and paying close attention to each artist's knack for innovation beyond music. He applies similar tactics to highlight his mission to guide his community along the path of self-love.

His end goal is to be the artist people look to when they don’t feel enough. He strives to be the reason someone can look in the mirror and believe in the person staring back.
