Zach, our CSO, often says that unintentional work is like running in place and it doesn't matter how hard you work if you lack the vision of what you're working towards. We can only talk about strategy when we have a clear end goal. However, if you have many different goals or talents, it's more difficult to pursue one wholeheartedly unless you've learned how to prioritize. Willis is special; we all see that, and he knows it too. With so many opportunities in front of him, it’s understandably harder to concentrate on one.

The way he continues to gracefully and unwaveringly navigate the proverbial fork in the road is a clear indication that he will discover what he truly wants and flourish.

Adaptability is an essential skill for any entrepreneur, regardless of their field. There will never be perfect days; imbalances will persist as long as we pour our hearts into our art or business. We have made the conscious decision to embrace this journey now in order to fully live out our purpose later. Both Willis and I have experienced irreparable relationships, faced criticism from family, and overcome our own self-doubt, all in an effort to protect our desired realities. This resilience is what helps us stay afloat and maintain control over the aspects of our lives that we have control over.

I have worked with Willis for a year and a half, and it feels like a lifetime. He has never tried to be anyone but himself. I appreciate his self-respect and honesty with others. You may know Willis as an engineer or an artist, but I want to recognize him as the man standing by me when many others gave up. Willis, keep pushing and figuring out what you want and how to achieve it. We are here for you whenever you need us!
