Ego can be complicated. When managed well, it can motivate you to achieve great things. However, if misused, it can damage everything you have built. We cannot completely get rid of ego; we can only control it. It shows up in all that we do, often without us realizing it. For people in power, staying humble can be tough, and their ability to do so reflects their true character.

Nate is one of the newest team members at Double M. Before joining us, he was a leader with his own experience. His past role has helped him understand our chain of command and improved his skills as a team player. This well-rounded background makes him a valuable asset to our team and helps with communication among members.

Nate is results-driven and is the perfect person to hold you accountable. He doesn't ask for anything he wouldn't do himself, and he holds you to the standard you set for yourself. He's a professional BS detector—you can fool yourself, but you can't fool Nate, which makes him irreplaceable. Typically, people with this kind of attitude can have big egos and may push ruthlessly to achieve their goals. However, Nate genuinely wants what’s best for those he helps. I credit him as the missing piece in Artist Development. If you know anything about what YG Dev and I do, you understand that we have a lot on our plates. We consider Nate our department's HR because he ensures everything runs efficiently, allowing Dev and me to focus on making things happen in the field.

Nate is dedicated to the community! Although he hasn't been in the music industry for long, his connections with experienced professionals give him an advantage.
