Choosing to work for yourself is not an easy path; if it were, everyone would do it. Many people prefer stability over uncertainty, and I understand the appeal of a life on autopilot. Why struggle when there is a proven blueprint for survival? However, we were not put on this earth merely to survive; we are meant to thrive.

Becoming an entrepreneur means opting for a life filled with imbalance and insecurity, but that is precisely the point. Having everything handed to you can lead to complacency and other negative traits, preventing you from reaching your full potential. Having to "eat what you kill" boosts confidence and forces you to improve in all aspects. Watching Jamie embrace the ups and downs of this game has been incredible. He's quickly finding his way where there wasn't one, and I look forward to experiencing the life he creates for himself!

We entered Double M in similar positions, as Beez would put it — interns brought on to a sinking ship. Everyone was trying to figure out how we fit into the world, let alone a business. Through the guidance of our brothers and his intuition, Jamie found his role relatively quickly. He's taken his natural talent for producing paired with an unwavering work ethic to earn his position as one of the hottest up-and-coming producers and artists in the DMV. Soon, one of the best to do it, period.

Jamie has collaborated with key figures in the DMV music scene, including Petro Gang, and has secured multiple placements with artists such as Nast B, Lotto BBM, TopGirl Stunna, Q Da Fool, and No Savage, among many other hometown heroes. He is actively shaping his vision of stability and striving to become the best version of himself in the process.
