What's the point of getting your foot in the door if you're unable to take advantage of being in the room? While many success stories appear to result from random events aligning perfectly, recognize that opportunities only come to those who are prepared. Luck is about being the right person in the right place and time; it's not simply a matter of magic or chance. Double M is "lucky" that Drowwzy joined the team when he did. He was the right person for us at the right time, as our efforts have created a suitable environment for us to win together.

Drowwzy introduced himself as a blank slate, a guy with a camera aiming to contribute in a place where he could grow. He didn't have an extensive portfolio, unlike the photographers and videographers we typically encounter. Still, he knew how to work his camera and ensure good customer service. Not having to unlearn a previous workflow and relearn a new one made it easy for him to adapt to our studio culture. Since he's been working with Double M, he's completed multiple photo shoots, music videos, behind-the-scenes, and vlogs, bringing more life to the studio's online presence as a whole. Being an artist himself, he understands what other artists want. He leverages his experience on the other side to maintain effective communication and consistently produce high-quality work.

He's slowly figuring out that Double M isn't just a mold you fit into but a springboard to help you develop your craft and build something of your own. Already, Drowwzy has worked with artists such as Nast B, No Savage, Gizwop, and TopGirl Stunna, to name a few, giving him the reps needed to evolve. I'm looking forward to seeing him take advantage of the opportunities coming his way, reassuring his skills and rewarding his hard work.
