Your ego can be both your ally and your enemy. It tries to protect you by using fear to help you avoid or eliminate what scares you. Its main goal is to keep you safe. However, safety is subjective. Defined as emotional; based on inner experience rather than fact. Every day, we face some level of fear, and by confronting it, we become stronger, wiser, and more confident. Some people use this growth to improve themselves, while others may become complacent and let their victory corrupt and limit their potential. Do great things, but do not start believing in your greatness; it is the death of your creativity.

The same self-importance that can open doors to opportunities you once only dreamed of can also close them if not kept in check. Recognize that everyone believes they have value, and expressing that value in ways other than through your work can easily offend others. As artists, our aim is not to boast about our talent but to contribute to a collective effort, creating something greater than ourselves. The moment we let our sense of "superiority" dictate our decisions, we cease to serve the art and cut our connection to the source.

Humble yourself. If you are only defined by who you are at this moment, there is no space to evolve. Challenge the way you think, create, live, and learn. The only climax in our industry is the one you set.
