When we see someone succeed, we rush to replicate their success without considering how they achieved and the effort required to duplicate the results is often more than the effort needed to trust the process. However, in today’s world, where attention is currency, it seems as if the appearance of success is too big an ego boost and a potential source of revenue, to do things the right way.

There is beauty in taking your time, and it is reflected in the person you become when you are present. Gradually adapt the habits of who you want to be and your physiology has no choice but to conform. When your mind is locked in, you don’t have to force your body to act accordingly.

The time between your start and finish is where true virtue is cultivated. This period should be spent getting to know yourself, mastering your craft, understanding your purpose, embodying humility, and developing a love for the journey rather than fixating on the outcome. These are some of the traits associated with the success that people display online. They aren’t sharing their achievements to gloat, but rather to testify. 

It serves as an unconscious public service announcement, reminding others whose journeys may resemble theirs that anything is possible if they remain committed and avoid paths that sacrifice their personal development.
