This week, one of our founders, Nast B, reached the milestone of 10,000 followers on Instagram. A shared achievement because of what it took to achieve it. Once the focus shifted from the goal itself to measuring our success through the work we put in, external recognition naturally followed. The effort came first, and the followers came later. We respected the process more than we worshiped the outcome.

Are you focused on what's required of you to become the person who can handle what you're asking for, or is the finished product blinding your vision?

Your online presence, bank account, and other metrics indicate your level of commitment. Numbers, whether high or low, expose your effort. Forget what it will look like at the end and give your undivided attention to how you're building it. The universe is playing a game of 1's and 0's. It doesn't care how bad you desire or plead for reality to change; it only responds to action.
