Collaborating with others can provide new perspectives and approaches to your projects. It can help you think outside the box and make creative decisions you might not have considered when working alone.
The emotions of artists can change quickly. They can be happy one day and sad the next, and this often comes through in their music. Despite any personal struggles, Ama'd and Mac always maintain a positive message and high energy. It's natural for us as humans to experience ups and downs. I admire how they don't let their bad days affect their positivity. They may not even realize the confidence they inspire in those around them.
In service to the art. A similar duty all three of us share. The idea may not finish where we intended or with who we intended and that’s ok. We all recognize that once an idea is brought into the physical, it grows its own legs. As long as the source material’s intention remains intact, the ego is left out.
Both Ama’d and Mac posses the “X Factor”. It’s easy to get in the booth and rhyme words, but to have real impact is special.
