Artists often mistake a creative niche for a creative limitation. When people expect a certain sound from you and rebel when you don't deliver, it may seem like there's no room for growth. In reality, you've limited yourself by only showcasing one side of who you are. You are the niche! To avoid labels, you must lead with the source. Durko knows this best.

I've had the chance to witness the recording process of many artists, but none have impressed me as much as Durko. It's not just his ability to write and freestyle equally well, but also the efficiency he demonstrates with both approaches, enabling him to produce six to eight songs every time he steps into the booth. The need for a challenge keeps the work interesting. Hopping from genre to genre trying to unlock the next level and raise the bar all while sounding like himself.

If you ask me when he started coming around, I won't have an answer for you. I can't recall a time when he wasn't a part of the studio community and at this point, he's like family.
