Consistency is crucial for achieving any goal. Whether advancing your career, pursuing creative aspirations, or reaching personal growth milestones, daily effort is essential. Even more important than talent is the small, consistent actions that make progress in your respective field.
Where Stan is now versus where he was when he first started booking with Mia is incredible. Mia has a way of guiding every artist she works with closer to their most conformable self. Her assistance creates a calm atmosphere where artists feel free to try things they normally would shy from. Stan is a great example of what happens when you remain a student of your craft, keep your eyes on who you want to be, and accept the wisdom of others.
What surprised me the most when I first met Stan was his natural ability to "take the wheel." Although he was open to constructive feedback, he never let anyone's opinion stray him too far from his desired result. As Stan continues to grow, I look forward to hearing the music he's making along the way. Expect a more advanced version with each release.
