"To be successful, the first thing to do is fall in love with your work" – Mary Lauretta

Paying attention is an important skill. People who rely only on their natural ability will never be as successful as those who recognize their strengths and are willing to make mistakes, learn, and grow. Dreski is a prime example of an artist who’s aware of his potential but doesn't let his ego get in the way of reaching the next level.

Before coming to Double M, Dre used the popular music-making software Bandlab to record and mix most of his music. When he played me a few songs, it was clear that the quality was not great, but he knew the sound he was aiming for and didn't let technology stop him from creating. He was truly dedicated, using any means necessary to achieve his goals!

I admire how much he loves what he does. Even though he has much to learn and develop, he’s the type of artist who stands by every new song he makes. Aware that there is room for improvement and not afraid to fall forward. You can follow Dreski on Instagram at @hoodrich.dreski and stay tuned for new music!
